Event Details: This workshop will focus on enhancing use of and addressing common challenges with using the Danielson framework. Topics include determining a score when evidence falls between levels, conducting post-observation conferences, building inter-rater reliability, and working with your faculty leadership teams (e.g. DEAC, ScIP). Additionally, utilizing the framework for instructional improvement will be explored.
