Event Details: The Phonics First® Level I Refresher Workshop is for K-5 teachers who have completed Phonics First® Primary or Level 1
This course is designed to review the Brainspring Phonics First® Level I methodology. Multisensory techniques, strategies and concepts will be reviewed, new insights will be gained, and accuracy of the program will be emphasized.

Participants will review:
- Lesson plan components
- Visual, auditory, tactile-kinesthetic techniques for phonetic and non-phonetic words
- Syllabication strategies
- Instructor led question-and-answer session

Participants must bring:
- Phonics First® Curriculum Guide
- Phonics First® Course Manual
-Sand Tray with Magic Sand
-Answer Board, Marker, Eraser
-Complete card park organized by Layers
