Our Presenter:

Dr. Charles Beaman, a former middle and high school teacher, retired from the Metropolitan Nashville School System after serving 30 years as an assistant principal and principal. Also an adjunct professor, Charles has presented at numerous state and national conferences on motivating the marginal learner, effective classroom management and discipline strategies, stress and time management, and innovative instructional practices. In addition to consulting on behalf of the National Middle School Association, Southern Regional Education Board, and SDE, he consults frequently with schools, school districts, and school organizations in the areas of school and classroom management, school climate, and working with difficult-to-reach students, stress and time management, and innovative instructional strategies.
