Event Details: This interactive workshop is designed to both examine and assist in creating linear modeling and reasoning for school based scenarios that affect everyday decision making by administrators at every level of leadership. Is the decision based on a policy, regulation, code, statute, contract? Do you need to contact your solicitor, Board of Education, the prosecutor, local police? What documents will you need to support your position? In addition, we will examine assumptions and solutions for "Data Driven Decision Making" that shall affect instructional cycles, student growth, and standardized assessment performance. As enthusiastic new administrators, or those who are training to be, transitioning into positions of leadership can be a lonely platform of decisiveness! Don't Do It Alone!
Suggestions for decision tree modeling that assist in navigating challenges of today's public schools will be part of the workshop agenda as well.
Join us in this open forum, led by Dr. Robert Previti, Retired Superintendent of Schools, to discuss multi-dimensional, situational decision making from the perspective of building level and central office administrators as well as an overview of data driven decision assumptions and plans that may affect your district's assessment performance.
Remember: He who knows not and knows that he knows not is a student. Teach Him!
